Hanu Man is a 2024 Telugu language Indian superhero film which is directed and written by Prasanth Varma. The film is a fictional work of mind and shows a glimpse of the power of Hindu’s god Hanuman. The film is produced by Niranjan Reddy Kandagatla under the banner of Primeshow Entertainment.

The Prasanth Verma directed and written Hanu Man movie had a bunch of talented and veteran actors Telugu industry. In the main lead you’ll see Teja Sajja as Hanumanth, he is good in the role of Hanumanth but most of the time his jokes doesn’t lands well in the movie, I think this is because happens in hindi dub version of Hanuman maybe in Telugu version all the jokes and humours were maybe landed well.

As second lead you’ll see Amritha Iyer as Meenakshi, she is playing the role of Hanumath’s love interest and a sensible person, she has also delivered their role nicely.

Varalaxmi as Anjamma, Hanumath’s elder sister, delivered their role decently and maturely. Getup Srinu as Kaasi, Hanumath friends, he tried a lot to make everyone laugh but he fails miserably, not sure about Telugu version but in hindi version the comedy scenes of the movie were totally flat.

There are many more veteran and skilled actors were in the movie i.e., Vinay Rai as Michael (the real villain of the movie), Raj Deepak Shetty as village head Gajapathi, Samuthirakani as elderly sage, king of Lanka (Vibhishana), Satya as shopkeeper, Vennela Kishore as Siri (Michael ’s assistant).

Hanu Man movie is set up in the fictional village named Anjandri. A small place, where Hanumant and his elder sister anjamma were living peacefully and hanumath had also a love interest and her named was Meenkashi. Hanumath is a mischievous boy who steals stuffs from peoples for fun and always had a desire to be powerful so that everyone calls him a Hero. But the all the things turned out to be differently when Meenakshi, a sensible girl and a doctor by profession revolts against the powerful man and chief of village named Gajapathi.

The latters attacks on the bus, in the bus meenkashi was also there and Hanumant saves her life but landed himself in trouble, during this time he finds a precious stone who has superpowers in it.

The whole movie has not so many turns and twist and maker of the films keeps the film sweet and simple in term of script of the movie but maker uplifted the graph and make this movie huge in terms of VFX and Cinematography.

Hanu Man Movie Box Office Collection & Budget

Prasanth Varma’s directed and written Hanu Man movie is being made on a budget of just Rs 20 crores, and it is released on 12 January 2024 with 2000 screens in India and 500 in overseas.

On its first day of release the movie collected nearly Rs 8 crores from all the languages and till now the Hanuman movie manages to collect Rs 69 crores and the numbers are increasing day by day.

The critics was also impressed by this mythological drama film because of their on point VFX and cinematography.

The movie’s scripts was sweet and simple but the VFX will amaze you for sure and last 20 minutes of movie setts the bar so high for all the film makers.
